Refund policy
We hope you love the items you purchased from us as much as we do. If you for any reason find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange items according to our returns and exchange policy.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for a return. Exchanges are available only if an item's fault is due to manufacturing issues or if you have received the incorrect item(s). The item(s) you wish to exchange must be kept in its original condition, unused with all original tags and labelling still attached, including its original packaging. Please kindly email us your proof of purchase to apalettenotfromhere@gmail.com (please kindly include your order number in the subject of your email). All exchanges will be subjected to our own assessment, if the item(s) did not meet the specified exchange requirements, you will not be granted a refund.
If your exchange is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting for an exchange will not be accepted.
